    tomatoes
    peppers
    onions
    cucumbers
    garlic
    salt
    capers
    anchovies

Directions

Chop fresh vegetables and put in large bowl. Pound the other ingredients in a mortar. Moisten with vinegar and olive oil. Dress salad and mix well. Add stale bread to soak up juices if you want.
