Introduction

Calculations are for plain muffins, however I add fruit or sometimes just some cinnamon in the batter. You'd have to add the extra for those calculations. Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 cups flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    3 tsps. baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 egg
    1 cup skim milk
    1/4 cup honey'
    1/4 cup melted butter

Directions

Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl whisk together the rest of the ingredients. Stir the liquid mixture into the dry mixture just until moistened.
Fill lined muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake @ 400 for 15-18 minutes.
Remove from pan to a wire rack.

Serving Size: makes a dozen
