4 Japanese eggplants cut in half lengthwise
3 cloves of garlic
1/8 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
Pepper to taste
Directions
Marinate the eggplant for 1 hour in the rest of the ingredients. Grill 3 minutes on each side or until tender.
