Introduction

This is a great dish served over rice or it can be a yummy side. This is a great dish served over rice or it can be a yummy side.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    *Zuchini: Chopped
    *Onion: Chopped
    *Green peppers: Chopped
    *Yellow (or red) bell pepper: Chopped
    *Broccoli: Chopped
    *Mushrooms: Whole...because they shrink when cooked
    *Ginger: You can use fresh or you can use the stuff in the squeeze tube...either one will do the trick
    *Soy Sauce: Get the lite sodium kind for a more healthy version
    *Sesame Oil: This is sometimes found in either the salad dressing area or the asian area of a grocery store
    *Garlic: This is to taste and I usually get the prediced kind and use about a tbs

Directions

Add all your veggies to a pan with your sesame seed oil. Mix in ginger and garlic. Cover and simmer for about 10 mins. Over lid and stir. Add soy sauce. Cook until the veggies are a good consistency.

Serving Size: Makes ALOT....about 6 1/2 cup servings
