Ingredients

    Beef, round steak, 6 oz
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 0.3 cup, diced
    *Alouette, Lite Garlic and Herb, 0.3 tbsp
    Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 carrot diced
    tomato paste, 1 serving
    Crushed Tomatoes, 400 grams
    I table spoon Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Brown Steak add Onions, Carrots, Garlic @ Celery, in a little Virgin Olive Oil
When browned, place in the slow cooker, add Tomato Paste Garlic and Herb seasoning, Tin of crushed tomatos with the juice. add a little water. Slow cook for several hours.
and serve with your choice of pasta
