Introduction

My German grandmother used to make this salad all summer. If you prep the night before, it takes 5 minutes to toss together and pop in the fridge. Good as a stand alone meal or side. Ingredients

    -Potato, boiled, 4 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
    -Pasta, cooked, 4.4 oz
    -Hard Boiled Egg, 4 large
    -Garlic, 3 cloves
    -Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    - Mayonnaise, .5 cup

Directions

Boil potatoes, pasta, and eggs. Cool in fridge overnight, or at least 1 hour. Cube potatoes and eggs. Grate garlic cloves into mixing bowl with potatoes and eggs. Chop onions fine (I use green onions and cut them in thin rings). Add mayo, salt and pepper (and/or lemon juice) to taste.

Serving Size: Makes 5 meal-size servings
