    Onions, Cooked 210 grams
    Capers, canned, 9 grams
    Lemon Juice, 0.9 cup
    Spincah, Cooked, 1 cup
    Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked 1 cup
    Butter, salted, 5 grams
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp

    Quantities equal 1 serving

Directions

Saute Chicken and Onions in Olive Oil. Butter is optional. Boil spaghetti as directed (to your liking). Add capers to Chicken and Onions, continue to saute. Once chicken cooked well, add spinach. Serve chicken saute over spaghetti noodles. Enjoy!
