Ingredients

    Beef, round steak, 900 grams
    Capsicum - Red Raw, 120 gram(s)
    Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slices
    Snow Peas, fresh, 0.5 cup
    Rice Noodles, 2 cup
    Teriyaki marinade, 6 serving (see recipe onsite)

Directions

Cook onions and mushrooms in wok/fry pan until translucent; quickly sear strips of meat. Add marinade, turn heat to high to reduce. Add vegetables for last 5 minutes. Prepare noodles, then stir in just before serving.
