Introduction

I like knowing that my oatmeal doesn't have a lot of sugar and such added in (like flavored instant oatmeal does). Plus I like the taste of real food, so this mix is a pleasure. Ingredients

    1 cup water
1/2 cup dry McCann's Irish Oatmeal
    Salt, 1 dash
    2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp ground Allspice
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract

    1 cup frozen Blueberries, unsweetened
    3 frozen Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
1 tbsp Trader Joe's Organic Maple Agave Syrup Blend
1 tbsp Half and Half Cream
1 tbsp SO Delicious Coconut Milk Beverage

Directions

Thaw berries as much as you want them thawed. The more frozen they are, the more they will cool down the oatmeal, so keep this in mind. Cut the strawberries into 1/8ths. Drain excess liquid. Put drained berries in a soup bowl.

Bring water and dash of salt to a boil. Stir in oatmeal, cinnamon, allspice, and vanilla extract and cook over medium heat until oatmeal is thickened (continue to stir the oatmeal so it doesn't cook to the bottom of the pan). Once cooked, pour oatmeal over the berries in the soup bowl.

Top with agave maple syrup, half and half, and coconut milk beverage. Enjoy!
