Ingredients

    Water, 4 cups
    College inn beef broth 14.5 oz can
    Bob Evans Ground Sausage, 8 oz
    Potato, raw, 1 large, diced
    Onions, raw, .1/2 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw, 2 carrots, chopped
    Canned Diced Tomatoes, 14.5 oz.
    Cabbage, fresh, 5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 1 clove minced
    Black beans, canned, drained and rinsed, 14,5 oz, can
    Lawry's Seasoned Salt, 1 tsp
    Chili powder, 1 tsp.

Directions

Brown sausage with chopped onion and drain. Heat 4 cups water in a large soup pot. Add diced potato, chopped carrots, and beef broth to water. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes. Add browned sausage & onion, undrained diced tomatoes and seasonings. Chop cabbage into chunks. Add drained & rinsed black beans and cabbage chunks. Simmer for one hour or longer it desired.
