Ingredients

    1 cup Broad Egg Noodles Whole Wheat
    1 cup chopped onions
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 cup bell peppers (green, red, yellow, orange)
    1/2 cup frozen corn
    1 can calorie reduced cream soup (celery or mushroom)
    1/2 cup Milk
    1 can tuna in water (drained)
    Few drops hot pepper sauce
    1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F.
Spray 2-quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray. In pot of boiling water, cook noodles 8 minutes until tender. Meanwhile spray a large saucepan with nonstick cooking spray. Add onions and celery cook about 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Add peppers and corn and cook 5 minutes longer until tender. Stir in soup, tuna, milk, hot pepper sauce and ground pepper. Stir in noodles and transfer to prepared casserole dish. Bake for 15-20 mins.

Optional Toppings:
Bread Crumbs (sprinkle on top before baking)
Parmesan Cheese (Sprinkle on top before baking)
Fresh tomato Slices (after baking)

    I can't wait to try this, but I think you forgot to tell us how much milk to add. Is it 1/2 cup? - 8/23/10

    Sorry, yes it is 1/2 cup milk. I made the change on the recipe
