Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 - 6 oz. cans Bear & Wolf Wild Alaskan Salmon (or any skinless and boneless salmon)
    3/4 cup flax seed meal (ground flax)
    2 large eggs
    1/2 cup chopped green onion
    1/4 cup parmesian cheese
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1 tbsp. dijon mustard
    6 large Don Pancho High Fiber Low Carb Wraps
    2 tbsp. butter
    spinach leaves, shredded cheese and tarter sauce (optional)

Directions

1. Mix first 7 ingredients in large size bowl. Shape mixture into 6 patties.
2. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Cook patties in butter over medium heat for about 10 minutes, turning once, until brown and cooked through.
3. Fill wrap with patty (2 halves) and add spinach leaves, shredded cheese and tarter sauce.



Serving Size: makes 6 salmon wraps
