Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups cut up fresh strawberries
    2 cups crushed ice
    1 teaspoon vanilla/imitation vanilla
    1 tablespoon splenda (3 teaspoons = 1 tablespoon)
    1/3 cup powdered milk with about just enough water to liquefy (1/3 cup water) Note: this reconstitutes to 1 cup serving but don't make the full cup, just enough to liquefy ~ 1/3 cup.

Directions

Cut up fresh strawberries add it to blender. Add vanilla and Splenda to blender. Take powdered milk add water (about 1/3 cup) and mix until milk is liquified, you are not making milk. Add the milk mixture to blender. Mix the fruit mixture on chop/grate. Add crushed ice. You have a cool, sweet treat. You can do this with any fresh or frozen fruit just have to switch the ingredients around.
