    splenda 2 cups
    egg beaters 1 cup
    unsweetened natural applesauce 12 fl oz
    vanilla 1 tsp
    salt .5 tsp
    baking soda 1.5 tsp
    evaporated milk - fat free 12 oz
    Solo Poppy Seed Filling 12.5 oz



Directions

mix dry ingredients add in liquid ingredients -- fill cupcake tins half full... bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or more until firm
