Ingredients

    3 half skinless, boneless chicken breasts poached in water and shredded or cut in chunks.
    1 cup sliced celery
    1 cup halved grapes
    a bunch of chopped dill
    1/2 tsp salt + pepper to taste
    1/3 cup lowfat Hellmann's mayo dressing mixed with 1/3 cup sour cream. Can further reduce calories if desired by using low-fat sour cream.
    Toast 1/2 cup pecans

Directions

Mix all ingredients together.
