Introduction

Wonderful flavoursome pork patties for breakfast or torn into pieces for a salad. Wonderful flavoursome pork patties for breakfast or torn into pieces for a salad.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1lb Pork mince
    3/4t Salt
    1/2t Pepper
    2T Fresh Sage chopped
    1T Fresh Parlsley chopped
    2* Cloves Garlic finely chopped

Directions

Mix all ingredients throughly and press firmly into patties.

Pan fry in teflon skillet with very light dash of olive oil.

Serve immediately or refridgerate for cold use.

* for a sweeter garlic taste, lightly pan fry and then cool garlic before adding to mince mixture.
