Introduction

Very expensive at a certain coffee-chain, you can actually save money (and have the knowledge what's in there) by making this delicious low calorie iced coffee. Ingredients

    1 packet of instant espresso (I use Nescafe)
    Sweetener to taste (4 teaspoons usually)
    few drops of vanilla extract
    Lots of ice cubes
    fresh non-fat milk or non-fat powder milk (I use the latter and add some water)

Directions

Put the (powdered) milk, instant espresso powder, sweetener, vanilla extract and if you used powdered milk, some water, in a big blender and try to make as much noise as possible (by this I mean that you really crush the ice cubes properly). When you use the blender long enough it will get nice and foamy. Enjoy with a straw!
