    1 cup wheat flour
    2 mashed bananas
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    2 scoops vanilla whey protein
    vanilla extract (eye-ball 1tsp)
    1 cup 2% milk
    1 egg

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder. In a separate bowl, mix together egg, milk and bananas.
Stir flour mixture into banana mixture; batter will be slightly lumpy.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides; serve hot.

Microwave some peanut butter and drizzle on top for extra kick if you are craving some sweet gooeyness. (peanut butter not included in nutritional info)
