Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

Tuna, Chunk White Albacore in Water, 2.5 serving
Red Onion, raw, 1 tbsp finely chopped
    Black Olives, 6
    Green Olives, 6
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .50 tbsp
    Hummus, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
Celery, raw, 1 strip (4" long)
    Course Sea Salt, 3 dash

Directions

Make sure the celery is cut big enough so that it maintains its crunch.

Mix all ingredients together until you have a creamy consistency. If you don't have hummus, crushed chickpeas are actually the usual requirement.

Serve over a bed of baby spinach leaves, or any greens, with additional olive oil and fresh sea salt.

Thanks Down2Sexy! Let me know how you liked it! I like that it does not use any mayo and the flavor is wonderful.
