Ingredients

    1 cup frozen blueberries
    1 cup frozen banana (approximate)
    1/2 cup almond milk (or milk or rice milk or whatever!)
    1/2 cup non-fat plain yogurt
    1/2 cup juice
    1/2 scoop of PowerBar Protein Powder

Directions

mix in blender. You can substitute any ingredients, really, this is just what I had on hand. The beauty of smoothies! Anything goes!!!
