Introduction

Great smoothie for when you want something cool, can use any fruit you have on hand, I had peaches so that's what I used, have used strawberries and blueberries, could add kale or spinach to get a high nutrient veggie in there. I freeze bananas when they start to get overripe, just peel and break into pieces and freeze, then their ready for your smoothies, makes them real creamy Great smoothie for when you want something cool, can use any fruit you have on hand, I had peaches so that's what I used, have used strawberries and blueberries, could add kale or spinach to get a high nutrient veggie in there.
