Ingredients

    2 lbs. 93% lean ground beef
    2 cups onion, chopped
    1/3 large head of green cabbage, shredded
    1/3 large head of red cabbage,shredded
    1 cup grated carrots
    1 cup sweet bell peppers, chopped
    1 27oz can of Frank's Quality Kraut
    salt and pepper to taste*

    * I don't add any salt due to a heart condition, and I think it is fine without. The nutrition information is without added salt.

Directions

In large stock pot, brown ground beef with onions. Drain off any grease. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir to combine, and cook over medium heat until cabbage is wilted. Serve on hamburger buns, torilla shells, or on bread.
