These are healthy and low fat but don't taste like it! They're great as is, but you can dress them up however you like with salsa, sour cream, guacamole, shredded lettuce, etc. These are healthy and low fat but don't taste like it! Ingredients

6 oz cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp taco seasoning
1/2 cup shredded cheese
2 green onions
4 weight watchers whole wheat tortillas
2 tsp butter or margarine, melted
Directions
Mix the chicken, salsa, cumin, taco seasoning, cheese and onions together.
Place an equal amount of filling onto each tortilla and roll burrito style (fold in sides a little, then roll up), and place on a baking sheet.
Brush wit melted butter or margarine and bake at 400F for 25 minutes or until golden.
Serving Size: Makes 2 servings (2 chimichangas each)
