Number of Servings: 1


    1 Apple (green)
    1 Packet of Stevia
    1 tbsp of Cinnamon


1. Cut apple in half.
2. Rinse apple under water and place in microwaveable bowl.
3. Pour Stevia over apple halves.
4. Pour cinnamon over apple halves.
5. Microwave for 1:30-2:00 minutes.
6. Let cool for 5 minutes.
7. Cut halves into slices.

  • Easy and great recipe for ANYONE. Add nutmeg and you can omit the stevia, especially with naturally sweet apple varieties. Delicious, especially with roasted chicken as shown! - 8/20/13

  • I sliced the apple thinly, sprinkled cinnamon & sweetener & layered them into 2 ramekins. I sprinkled more cinnamon & sweetener before baking at 350 for 20 min. My husband & I were surprised by how good it tastes. - 1/31/13

  • This totally took care of a sweet tooth! I however am not a fan of the microwave if I can help it so I put ours in the oven. It takes alot longer so I put it in as I pulled dinner out and by the time we were ready for dessert it was ready for us! - 7/29/11
