Ingredients

    1 Apple (green)
    1 Packet of Stevia
    1 tbsp of Cinnamon

Directions

1. Cut apple in half.
2. Rinse apple under water and place in microwaveable bowl.
3. Pour Stevia over apple halves.
4. Pour cinnamon over apple halves.
5. Microwave for 1:30-2:00 minutes.
6. Let cool for 5 minutes.
7. Cut halves into slices.

Enjoy!

    Easy and great recipe for ANYONE. Add nutmeg and you can omit the stevia, especially with naturally sweet apple varieties. Delicious, especially with roasted chicken as shown! - 8/20/13

    Very Good
    I sliced the apple thinly, sprinkled cinnamon & sweetener & layered them into 2 ramekins. I sprinkled more cinnamon & sweetener before baking at 350 for 20 min. My husband & I were surprised by how good it tastes. - 1/31/13
