Introduction

Low fat, low carb breakfast meal. Low fat, low carb breakfast meal.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 oz turkey sausage
    1 1/2 cups egg substitute
    1 cup chopped mushrooms
    1 cup low fat colby cheese,shredded
    1/2 nonfat milk

Directions

Brown sausage in skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and saute for 3-4 minutes.

In bottom of a 9" pie plate spread the sausage mushroom mixture. Top this with the cup of shredded cheese. In small bowl mix together the egg substitute and the milk. Add black pepper to taste. Pour ovet the cheese meat mixture. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven or until knife inserted comes out clean. Let set for 5 minutes before slicing.
