Introduction

Ingredients

4 cups brown rice (uncooked)
Fresh basil
Serrano peppers
Chicken (or shrimp)
Oyster sauce
Fish sauce
Garlic
Sesame oil
Directions
Cook rice (following instructions on package) and set aside to cool. Refridgerate if needed, at least 4 hours to a day.
Crush or mince garlic and serrano peppers. Chop or tear basil apart into small pieces and set aside.
In a large skillet or wok, add sesame oil ,pepper/garlic mix and chicken or shrimp. Stir fry until fully cooked.
Add rice (I add about 2 cups at a time.) and stir fry; adding fish and oyster sauce until uniformly coated and fry for about 3 minutes.
Add basil, mix well. EAT.
Note: Servings can be stretched to 8-10.
Serving Size: Makes 6-8 servings
