Ingredients

    1 12 oz can of chunck light tuna in water well drained.
    1 16 oz can of Garbanzos (chickpeas) well drained.
    2/3 cup onion finely chopped
    2/3 cup onion finely chopped
    2 large eggs raw eggs
    1 tbs black pepper
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp red pepper
    1 tsp Lawry's seasoning salt
    2 tsp extra light olive oil spritzed onto pan

Directions

Mash garbanzo beans into a paste and blend well with tuna. Then add onion, celery and spices mix well. Then add the egg to bind the mixture.
Spray pan with olive oil and mashing into thin patties cook until done. Add less celery for a firmer patti.

Serving Size: Makes 4 5.5oz servings total weight 22 ozs
