Ingredients

    1.5 cup pf sugar.
    1 cup pf skim milk.
    1 tbsp of white flour.
    4 egg whites
    2 egg yolks
    vanilla

Directions

Beat 4 egg whites with 8 tbspfull of sugar ans reserve.
Melt 1 cup of sugar in a baking pot on the stove.
Peel and grate 5 apples. Slowly integrate them to the egg whites.
Pour into the baking pot.
Cook in pre-heated oven, use low to medium heat, between 180 to 200 degrees Celsius.
Let it cool down.
In a small saucepan melt 4 tbsp of sugar then add milk, 2 egg yolks, a tocuh of vanilla and 1tbsp of flour. Let it cool down.
Take the pudding from the baking pot. Pour the cream over it.
