Ingredients

    125 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
    250 g (1 cup) 2% plain yogurt
    2 tbsp dark brown sugar

Directions

Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth as you want it (15-20 seconds for frozen fruit with a hand-held blender)
