Introduction

Ingredients

    8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
    1/2 salsa
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tsp brown sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Place chicken in a 9 x 13 dish. Mix the other 4 ingredients together. Pour over chicken. Make sure all sides are fully covered. Bake in oven until chicken fully cooked. Approx. 45 min. If chicken browning too quickly, cover lightly with foil. Serve the sauce ovre the chicken! Enjoy!

    I substituted chicken breasts for the chicken thighs and baked it at 350, covered in foil, for 35 min and it was juicy and tender! Thanks! - 1/8/08

    Very Easy to make and very good. I sprinkled a little mild cheddar cheese over the top and let it bake 2 more minutes. I would definitely make this again. - 1/7/08
