Ingredients

    Curry Powder
    Spicy Peppers (I prefer Habanero)
    Yellow Onion
    Butter or Margarine
    A Red Bell Pepper (for color)
    Some kind of Fruit (I prefer a tart apple, but have used berries, mango, pineapple)

Directions

Chop your onions, garlic and peppers and sautee in a skillet with the meat of your choice.

Add water and curry powder to your liking.

Add in your fruit and bell pepper and allow to simmer for 10 - 15 minutes.
