Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    For the HEALTHY MAYONNAISE FIRST: ( 10 oz )
    1/2 cup vegetable (corn) not CANOLA oil
    1/2 cup liquid coconut oil
    Juice of 1/2 lemon
    Dash of salt
    1 egg
    Blend all but the oil in a food processor and then keep the top hole open and pour the oil over the top as it blends slowly over the period of about 1 minute. Even people who hate mayo will like this and it is WAY healthier than what you can buy in a store.
    THEN
    Take 1 large head of cabbage, shredded
    1 cup of Mayo (see above)
    1/2 cup red wine vinegar and stir in 1 tsp of minced garlic
    4 oz gorgonzola or other shredded blue cheese
    Salt and pepper dash to taste
    Dash of garlic powder
    Mix all together and ENJOY 6 servings.

Directions

No cooking- just serve!!!!
