Introduction

When I have time or a special occasion, I usually cook the chicken myself (I use two butterflied breasts), but when I'm pressed for time, it works just as well with canned chicken. It's a summer favorite for picnics and parties. Ingredients

    One 12.5 oz can chicken breast
    1 tablespoon mayo (I use Kraft Reduced Fat Olive Oil Cracked Pepper)
    1 tablespoon honey
    1/2 tablespoon dried rosemary

Directions

Drain the chicken well. Mix together with mayo, honey, and rosemary. For best results, let chill overnight. Serve with whole wheat bread for a sandwich or fresh spinach for a salad.
