7/8 cup water, room temperature
1 2/3 cups Milanaise Organic Stone Milled Sifted Bread Flour
3/4 cup Milanaise Organic Stone Milled Rye Flour
1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 tablespoon Instant Skim Milk Powder - Compliments
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
Directions
1. Add all ingredients into the bread machine in the order of recipe.
2. Select "BASIC BREAD FIRM" setting.
3. Select "REGULAR" on the crust control setting.
4. Press "START/RESET".
5. Once finished, remove bread to a wire rack to cool before storing.
Serving Size: makes loaf - 12 slices
