Ingredients

    1/4 cup Fage 0% fat Greek yogurt (plain)
    1/4 cup Parkay, Light Original Spread Margarine
    1 1/4 cup quick oats grinded
    1/4 cup *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
    1/2 cup *Light Brown Sugar, Great Value
    0.25 cup Granulated Sugar
    1 Egg
    0.5 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol
    0.25 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 cup *Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chip Morsels

Directions

In mixing bowl beat yogurt and butter on medium speed for 30 seconds. Add half of the oat flour, brown sugar, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and baking soda. Beat until well combined. Beat in remaining oat flour and all purpose flour. Stir in Chocolate Chips.
Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 8-12 minutes.
