Ingredients

    1 16 oz. box Rigatoni
    1 16 oz. tub non-fat cottage cheese
    2 c. shredded part-skim mozzarella
    1 24 oz. jar pasta sauce

Directions

Cook pasta, drain, then mix with cottage cheese, 1/2 of the mozzarella, and all the sauce. Cover with remaining mozzarella. Put in 9 x 13 and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour. Uncover and bake until bubbly.

    Very Good
    It was good; not exciting, but decent. I think the serving size is dinky. I ended up eating 1.5 servings because I cut it into 8 pieces. - 11/18/11
