Ingredients

    6 heaping Tablespoons Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt
    2 heaping Tablespoons 5 Grain Cereal (ground)
    2 Tbl fresh lemon juice (half a lemon squeezed)
    1 Tbl Flaxseed Oil
    1/2 Mango diced
    10 raspberries

Directions

Place 5-grain cereal in a blender and chop into a course flour. Store in a Ziploc for future use. Mix together all ingredients but the raspberries and mango in a serving bowl. Stir in the Mango and raspberries and enjoy.
