Ingredients

    *appleton farms premium pork sausage, 12 oz
    Egg, fresh, 8 large
    egg white, fresh, 4 large
    Colby Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped

Directions

Cook onion, and sausage in large pan on stove top until sausage is done.

While sausage is cooking, beat eggs and egg whites together. Add whatever seasonings you want.

Once sausage is done, add to eggs, mix in cheese, and pour into a greased pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes until done. Allow to cool for 5 minutes then slice.
