Ingredients

Ingredients:
Banana, Very ripe, fresh, 3 large (8" to 8-7/8" long)
Granulated Sugar, .5 cup
*Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 4 tbsp
*Flour, white, 2 cup
Baking Powder, 2 tsp
Cinnamon, ground, 1.5 tsp
egg white, fresh, 2 large
Allspice, 1 tsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 350*F.
In a large bowl puree ripe bananas, add sugar & oli. Mix well.
Add egg and mix.
In a nother bowl sift together flour and baking powder. Pour banana mixture into flour. Beat with mixer till smooth. Add allspice & cinnamon. Pour batter into a regular muffin pan sprayed with pam and lightly floured.
Bake for 45-60 minutes(bread pan), 30-40 minutes (muffin pan). Test with knife. If it comes out clean, pull bread out and let cool.
