Ingredients

    1 package frozen spinach - thawed & drained
    1 package 1/3 less fat cream cheese - softened
    1 can sliced water chestnuts - diced
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup reduced fat parmesan
    2 tsp worchestershire sauce
    1 tsp diced garlic

Directions

mix ingredients together
spread in pan
bake for 10min on 350

spread on toasted bread, crackers or chips
