Introduction

I've altered the original recipe to THIS recipe, to include our need to be lactose free and also to cut down on the amount of butter and sugar used. Original recipe called for 1 CUBE of butter, completely NOT needed. Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup flour
    6 large fresh eggs
    1 cup lactaid fat free milk
    1/2 teaspoon salt

    3 Tablespoons butter
    1/4 cup powdered sugar

Directions

blend flour, eggs, milk and salt.

In large 9X13 cake pan place the butter and put in a 425 degree oven until butter is melted.
Take out of oven and add the Pancake "batter"
return to the oven and cook for 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
Remove and sprinkle with the powdered sugar.
Also VERY good with Fresh sliced strawberries as a topping.

Serving Size: makes 12-3 inch pieces
