Ingredients

8 tbsp Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    16 oz Beef, top sirloin
4 serving Azteca Soft Taco Size Tortillas (2 tortillas per serving)

Directions

Cut steak and vegies into strips. Season however you like and grill or fry in stillet until done. To make 1 fajita, take 1 tortilla, 2 oz. steak strips, 1/2 T sour cream and cheese, 1 T salsa, and 1/8 of vegie strips. You can also add homemade pico de gallo without upping the calories much.

I marinated meat in 1/2 C lemon juice, 1/4 C lme juice, 1 tsp. red pepper, 1 tsp. cumin, 1 tsp dried cilantro. I also salted it a bit.
