Introduction

I eat the same thing almost everyday, a spinach based salad. I wanted something different so I decided to make a stuffed pepper with it, because the peppers gave me a taste for Stuffed peppers but I wanted to keep it healthy. Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    Tuna in water -12 oz can
    Fresh Spinach 10 oz
    Green Onions 2 cups
    Grape Tomatoes- 6 oz
    Kraft Ranch Salad Dressing- 8 tbsp (1/2 cup)
    Green Peppers 7 medium

Directions

Preheat Oven 375
1- Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
2- cut the centers out of the bell peppers
3- Stuff bell peppers with the Mixed ingredients
4- Place the bell peppers on a cookie sheet(s), separated so if they fall they don't fall into another one.
5- Place in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
6- you can cut the bell peppers in half to double the servings.
**** you can chose not to cook the pepper, since all ingredients can be eaten raw****

Serving Size: 7 stuffed bell peppers (or 14 half stuffed bell peppers)
