    1 cup cornmeal
    12tsp sugar
    1/4 tbsp nutmeg
    4 cups water
    salt to taste

Directions

Soak cormeal. Boil water then gently stir in cornmeal. allow to cook on low. add salt, nutmeg vanilla to taste.
