Introduction

My mom's recipe for the ice cream maker. I adapted it by substituting splenda for half the sugar. You may add fresh fruit or anything else about 20-30 min. after starting ice cream machine. Ingredients

    6 large eggs
    1 cup granulated sugar
    1 cup Splenda
    1.5 cups fat free half and half
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    milk 1 percent (approximately 4 cups)

Directions

Beat eggs lightly until frothy. Add sugar, splenda half and half and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour into ice cream maker. Pour in milk until mixture reaches the fill line marked on the side of ice cream container. Freeze according to ice cream maker directions. Makes 24 half cup servings

Cooking time is freezing time.
