Introduction
To kick start your day with lots of veggies, plus good carbs and protein. To reduce prep time in the morning, it helps to chop and/or pre-sautee the vegetables the night before. Ingredients

1 slice of wheat toast with
5 sprays of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Original Buttery
1 med. egg, plus one egg white
Broccoli (pre-cooked)
Spinach
Mushrooms, sliced, fresh
Onions, chopped
Olive Oil, 2 tsp
Garlic powder, 1 tsp
Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 2 tbsp
Orange Juice, .5 cup
Milk, 1%, .5 cup
Directions
Pre-cook the broccoli.
In non-stick pan:
Sautee onions in 1 tsp. of olive oil until golden brown.
Remove from pan.
Sautee mushrooms in 1 tsp. of olive oil.
Return sauteed onions to pan.
Stir in spinach, mushrooms, and pre-cooked broccoli.
Stir in one whole med. egg, plus one egg white.
Add 1 tsp. garlic powder and other seasonings to taste.
Sprinkle in 2 TBSP of shredded parmesan cheese.
Toast one slice of bread.
Pour half cup of milk.
Pour half cup of orange. (If you don't mind watered-down drinks, you can add another half cup or so of cold water.)
Enjoy your hearty breakfast!
