    2 bunch broccoli crowns broken in to florets
    1 onon cut into wedges
    3 zuchinis cut into large slices
    2-3 red potatoes cut in to small wedges
    1 pasilla chile sliced
    2 carrots peeled and sliced up
    2 tblsp oil
    thyme salt pepper garlic to taste


combine all veggies oil and seasoning place on cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes stir and cook another 20 minutes
