Ingredients

    1 tbs olive oil
    20 oz ground turkey breast 93% lean
    2 28 oz can crushed tomato
    14 oz can petite diced tomato
    1 6 oz can tomatoe paste
    1 large onion chopped
    8 oz sliced mushrooms
    2 tbs Wildtree Hearty Spaghetti blend (or your favorite Italian seasoning)

Directions

brown onion and mushrooms in olive oil, add turkey and cook (season with a pinch of salt and pepper), add tomatoes and seasoning, simmer at least 20 minutes, the longer the better it tastes (esp next day)
