Ingredients

oatmeal, peanut butter, bananas, apple juice, maple syrup, raisins, flax seeds, sunflower seeds
Directions
Serving Size: makes about 27 cereal bars
1. Blend 2 bananas, 4 tbsp of peanut butter, 1-2 tbsp of maple syrup and 1/2 cup of unsweetened apple juice together.
2. In large bowl, mix 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds, 3 tbsp of flax seeds, 1 cup of raisins and 4 cups of oatmeal.
3. Add all together until it becomes a coarse paste.
4. In a baking tray, spread the paste uniformly. Use a parchment or waxed paper liner in the bottom of the pan.
5. Place in a 350 degree preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
6. Cut into small bars and let it cool down.
