    1 LB lean ground beef
    1/3 cup crushed gingersnaps(about 6 cookies)
    1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    1/4 cup water
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    6 oz noodles (I use the no egg yolk whole wheat)
    1 cup fat free beef broth
    1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1/4 cup crushed gingersnaps(4 cookies)
    optional 2 tablespoon of raisins


Heat oven to 400. Mix ground beef, 1/3 cup gingersnaps,onion, water, salt and pepper. Shape mixture into 24 meatballs. Spray broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place meatballs in pan. Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes.
Cook noodle as directed on package: drain.
Mix remaining ingredients except raisins in 11/2 qt sauce pan. cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Stir in rasisins, meatballs and noodles. Heat a few minutes then serve.
